Estate Director

Reporting to the CEO, the Estate Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Phantom Creek Estates' (PCE) hospitality and sales at the Oliver winery. The Estate Director will work cross functionally with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive the luxury hospitality experiences for the direct-to-consumer areas of the winery and off-site events. The Estate Director will then hire, train and manage PCE's entire hospitality team with the objective of providing guests with outstanding experiences and events while achieving sales targets.

Viticulturalist/Director of Farming

This is a newly created, high profile position at one of North America’s most exciting Estates. Reporting to the CEO, and working in close collaboration with the Winemaker, the Viticulturist/Director of Farming will lead a team of vineyard managers, viticultural technicians, tractor operators and temporary workers to execute farming at the highest level of excellence, while following organic and biodynamic principles.

Vineyard Foreman

We are currently seeking a Vineyard Foreman for our 45-acre Kobau Vineyard in the famed Golden Mile just south of Oliver. This position is a full-time permanent role that will require some work on weekends, holidays as well as some overtime. A competitive salary and benefit package are offered with this role.

Seasonal Vineyard Workers

We are currently searching for reliable seasonal vineyard workers to work approximately January 2020 to November 2020. Reporting to our Vineyard Managers, the duties will include, but not limited to planting, tying, tucking, thinning, harvesting, cleaning and other general farm/vineyard work.

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our exciting and rapidly growing winery on Black Sage Road in Oliver, BC. The winery will complete its second and final phase of construction early next year, with a grand opening scheduled for April 2020. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Warehouse Associate will excel at the daily management of receiving and fulfillment of shipping.
