The Grand Cellar Experience

Go behind the scenes at Phantom Creek Estates, a family-run winery, on an immersive guided experience with curated tastings enjoyed throughout the journey.

Begin in the History Room with a taste of our 2017 Brut Reserve and an introduction to the defining terroirs of our vineyards. Continue through Becker Vineyard, encountering the estate’s art installations while learning about our biodynamic farming philosophy and vineyard-driven approach to winemaking.

This experience offers a rare glimpse into the “belly” of our winery. Your guide will lead you deep into the cavernous production areas, offering a unique perspective on the scale and precision of Phantom Creek’s winemaking program. Explore the crush pad, winemaking facilities and both red and white wine fermentation spaces, with hand selected back vintage & Library selections enjoyed along the way.

The experience concludes in the Founder’s Cellar with an exclusive single-vineyard red wine, paired with hand-selected canapés beneath Imperial Topaz, the iconic hand-blown glass chandelier that crowns the cellar.

After the tour, guests are welcome to enjoy a glass of wine on our Members-Only Terrace or take in sweeping valley views from the Tasting Room Patio.
