History Room Terroir Tasting
A private, guided terroir tasting in the History Room: Brut Reserve welcome wine, vineyard maps and soil profiles across three growing regions.
Step into our History Room for a one hour private, guided tasting designed to showcase the remarkable diversity of Phantom Creek’s estate vineyards. This immersive experience begins with a tasting of our Brut Reserve, setting the tone for a deeper exploration of place.
As you enjoy the wines, your host will guide you through detailed vineyard maps and soil profiles, offering insight into how geology, climate, and site influence each expression. Guests will savour a curated selection of wines from Phantom Creek’s three distinct growing regions:
• Black Sage Bench – celebrated for its warm days, cool nights, and powerful, structured wines
• Golden Mile Bench – known for its complex soils and elegant, age-worthy expressions
• Similkameen Valley – a unique, cooler valley producing vibrant, mineral-driven wines
This tasting is intentionally terroir-focused, highlighting the nuances that distinguish each site and the craftsmanship behind every bottle. Ideal for guests seeking a deeper understanding of Phantom Creek’s vineyards and winemaking philosophy.
