A ticket to the tailgate BBQ includes access to the BBQ feast, as well as the whisky + “Big Reds” tasting in the Phantom Room after the BBQ.
Please note: the tasting is a 19+ only event.

Chef Alessa Valdez is grilling up a storm, with BBQ stations featuring fare such as:
– 63 acres bavette steak, chef’s secret spice mix, ramp chimichurri
– Fraser valley pork ribs, filipino style bbq sauce
And sides such as potato salad with dill, house pickles, dijon aioli and green cabbage slaw with ambrosia apples, heirloom carrots, and apple cider vinegar.
Complimentary beer on arrival, flights of beer available for purchase. Tasting portion will feature Phantom Creek Estate’s “Big Reds” and whisky flights from Dubh Glass Distillery.
The tasting is being led by Grant Stevely from Dubh Glass Distillery and Phantom Creek Red Winemaker, Luke MacKinnon.
Flavours giveaway – Chef Alessa’s BBQ spice rub sample pack will be given to all dad’s during the day that features a QR code to one of Chef’s recipes.
Can’t join us at the Estate for Father’s Day? Bring Chef Alessa’s amazing BBQ creations home by ordering one of the takeaway boxes. The boxed menu will feature similar fares to what is being enjoyed on-site, including a marinated meat, BBQ sides and a dessert.
Pricing starts at $120 for a minimum two people.
