TASTING NOTES
Crafted from our organic vineyards in Oliver and harvested early to preserve freshness, the 2025 Estate Organic Rosé is vibrant, elegant, and beautifully balanced. The nose opens with expressive aromatics of wild strawberries, raspberries, and delicate rose petal, layered with hints of wild white strawberry. The palate is bright and refreshing, with a smooth, supple texture and lively acidity that carries through to a clean, polished finish.
Versatile and food-friendly, this rosé pairs effortlessly with spinach salad with grilled chicken and strawberries, a grilled chicken burger, or goat cheese tart with sun-dried tomatoes. Enjoy now through the next three years to capture its freshness and aromatic lift.

VINTAGE NOTES
The 2025 vintage marks a confident return following the devastating 2024 winter freeze, with vineyards showing remarkable resilience. The vines responded well to restored balance and nutrient reserves, transferring that energy into the 2025 crop. This contributed to healthy growth, strong fruit set, and a significant rebound in yields. The growing season began with early budbreak and a moist spring which progressed into a warm, stable summer. Some hot days were experienced in June, particularly across vineyards on the Black Sage Bench, though overall conditions remained well balanced. Warm weather continued through September, leading to an earlier-than-usual harvest beginning in late August to preserve freshness and natural acidity. Flavor development was strong from early in the season, while cool nights helped retain freshness and natural acidity.
