We are delighted to invite you to our 2026 Backyard Farm Winemaker Dinner Series—a collection of five intimate, four-course dining experiences hosted at Phantom Creek Estates throughout the year.
Celebrated for his farm-driven philosophy and refined, seasonal cuisine, Chris Van Hooydonk returns to the estate to create thoughtfully composed menus that showcase local ingredients at their peak. Each dinner is expertly paired with Phantom Creek Estates wines, with selections curated to elevate the dialogue between vineyard and kitchen.
Guests will enjoy an immersive evening of food, wine, and storytelling, set within the elegant surroundings of the estate, with insights shared by our winemaking team throughout the experience.
