What is the WineAlign National Wine Awards of Canada?
The WineAlign NWAC is widely recognized as Canada’s largest and most rigorous annual wine evaluation. Held this year in Niagara, Ontario, from June 12–18, the competition gathered top sommeliers, master wine judges, and journalists to assess over 1,800 entries from 250 wineries across six provinces.
Wines are judged entirely in blind tastings by top national critics. Securing recognition at NWAC serves as a true benchmark for quality and craftsmanship across Canadian viticulture.
